A self taught artist reborn in Portland, Oregon. With a background majoring in visual arts and a fascination for molecular gastronomy. The study of art and chemistry quickly led to cooking a career.
Growing up in L.A, life was hot, fast-paced and chaotic. “I was constantly surrounded by live music, bright colors and incredible street food. New Delhi just made so much sense to me.”
Passion became obsession and took me on a year-long journey traveling through Northern India and Nepal. My culinary inspiration comes from regions such as India, Asia, and The Middle East.
